The bread I make myself, of course! My favorite for everyday that I make all the time is a whole wheat and oat bread with sunflower and sesame seeds. I cannot abide squisky bread -- IMO, good bread needs some body.
I find that bread making is good for the soul.

Please forgive this off-topic post, but "squisky"? Don't know if that was a typo or not, but I LOVE that word! I'm hereby stealing it and adding it to my personal list of wonderful imaginary words.

By far the best bread I have EVER eaten was from an Amish roadside stand long time ago. OMG, the bread, rolls, pastries were to die for. :drool:
