I see it every time I go somewhere with my wife, What the hell is so important that it overcomes your life?

The tech industry has made billions addicting so many to these gadgets and so many more deaths today on the roads. STUPID......

IMO it is part of more & more people today today,... are just obsessed with / starved for attention. I have some friends that just cannot stay off the damn cell phone. Always calling their kids [adult kids] & running or attempting to run their lives. These folks are in their 70's & one is 80. Walking,driving,cutting the grass !! They're on the phone.

I think I mentioned it here before....a few years back, in traffic, I saw a guy on a motorcycle attempt to answer his phone, while on the motorcycle . It didn't go well.....he dropped the phone, several of us ran over it.....

I can almost understand the young kids on these devices that they were about born with but the older folks, good lord, not this lady.
