Have you though of really deep cleaning your bathroom to the point of using bleach on the potty? I'm sure it is clean, but maybe there are little germy things hanging around. Also, do you use a scented or organic type soap for your body when batheing or showering? Don't use them. They are right...

Today new day for me. Feel alert and almost pain free, especially in my shoulder. I put a lidocaine patch on it last night and no pain. I am looking forward to a decent day.
