If you do have to have a knee replacement, go into it with an open mind. I actually couldn’t walk prior to mine. My knee had deteriorated so badly. Now six weeks later I don’t even need a cane… I look forward to getting stronger again and it will be a pleasure to go for walks.😀

I just watched a YouTube video about forums for seniors living alone. I am one of these. I have a small dog and two cats and I do live near my two daughters. I had knee replacement surgery the day after Thanksgiving and that is one of the things I’m grateful for because I can walk much better...
