I have been using the free ones, that are given out at various events or by various companieds as advertising. I also have two thermal ones that are used when the weather is warm.

Hmmmm... I have not had to do any of that. yet. Hotmail is my throwaway email. It is not used for shooping other for important things. Just on those occasions when you HAVE to enter an email to do something.

Never had the first two... rarely use the last one. My three must have appliances would be - grill, instant hot water, and fridge.

I do take supplements and vitamins, to make up for what I am lacking.
