I like my Kindle because I download books from my local library on Libby and I can read them on my Kindle. I'm not sure that works with a Nook. I thought Nook limited you to B&N books. I like the basic Paperwhite. (No glare if I'm reading outside). Don't waste money on anything more.

This seems like a perfectly reasonable request and I'm sure you're not the only one who needs an easy open medicine container. Yes, they must be clueless. Tell them they are not complying with American Disabilities Act and maybe they will pay closer attention.
