My house has a very active sump pump and I typically get around a year out of a pump. I always used Sears Craftman brand pumps because they had a lifetime warranty, it was great, I'd take the old one in and they'd had me a new one. I bet I went thru 15 pumps before they dropped the lifetime warranty on their products, I was sad.lol

The nice thing about Craftsman lawn tractors is that parts are very easy to get.
Some other brands may be a little better machine, but their parts and prices are tough to get.

I'd laugh but we're on our third Kitchenaid refrigerator in the 26 years since the house was built. I'm not loyal to Kitchenaid but it's the only refrigerator that fits in the large "built in" area of our kitchen. They are really nice until they break down. So, when the last one went out and we waited for a replacement we bought a "dorm refrigerator" that we set up in the kitchen. It actually held enough food for several days, although using plastic ice trays again was a trip. It is right now in the master bedroom closet just in case!
 
I am a long time Dewalt customer, but I have found replacement batteries and other products that will work with
The Dewalt 20 volts and replacement batteries other than DeWalt work just fine around the home.

I have been a long time Ford F150 fan too. Toyota was good and early Blazer GM was to. They rust bad up north.

I always knew which were the best to buy so we still have a Craftsman lawn mower 25 years old. Our frig and microhood are at least twenty years old.
I still have a treadmill, dehumidifier, air cleaner, two vacuums, many power and hand tools, all still running.

Do you think Sears became an insurance company instead? Tyson Foods, Chicken & Turkeys gone too?
