Yes, they look beautiful. Ernest Hemingway has written a superb story on Spanish bullfights: "Death in the Afternoon".

Have now read information on my Pixel 10 PRO camera function, then played around with it some. Expect that process would require some time, but no, was all a lot simpler than expected. Using my old moto g6, I would sometimes get lost in its IMO, awkward camera control displays, so didn't really like using it much, even though it took reasonable nice wide angle images. The new phone control interfaces seem better. For that matter, am not a fan of my Canon ELPH190 compact digital camera interface either, though because it has a 10X optical zoom, tended to use it more the last few years.

My expectation is, I'll be using this phone's camera much more, primarily in urban areas, where given many homeless and desperate poor people in some zones, I have avoided carrying my expensive cameras with all the associated gear. Thus, will soon be posting here on @hollydolly 's thread. One also cannot bring larger camera gear with tripods indoors into many building for obvious security reasons. The other 2 ways I'll use it, is while on ski slopes riding ski lifts, and while hiking/backpacking for capturing trivial and information subjects. Of course, using the a6700 requires much more setup effort.

I just Amazon ordered a 10-pack of colorful adjustable wrist lanyards for a cheap $4.49 that I'll easily connect one to the clear phone case I recently also received. The bare porcelain color Pixel is very smooth and slippery.

Phones, on the other hand, are allowed everywhere, even at sporting events or in retail shopping where they used to ban even tiny compact digital camera use, supposedly because of trademark issues. The primary reason is stores cannot ban people using their smartphone phone functions that a majority of customers carry in this era. So that is where businesses usually draw the line with smartphones fine, but anything else often not so. Would be impossible to enforce obviously as people often are seen walking down isles, talking on their smartphones.

Thus will have some fun, taking photos of food stuff. We have a local, few blocks down my street, farmers market every Sunday morning, where I always see some interesting objects like mushrooms and exotic vegetables, since our the nearby Central Valley has many unusual farms.

This is the golf course in front of Mi Casa ( my home) in Southern Spain. if you look at the tree, and up to the houses beyond on top of the hill there's a gap between an apartment buiding on the right and a house on the left. My house is the first tall one on the left of the gap almost behind the tree.

Holly, I'm sure you've had a magnificent view from your house.

Made yet another Amazon buy last night, four OLIGHT I3T EOS 180 Lumens Dual-Output Slim EDC Flashlights. These small LED flashlights that are powered by single AAA batteries that require a voltage regulation integrated circuit to boost the battery voltage up to the level that can turn on LEDs. Each flashlight with a battery installed weighs just 1.4 ounce or 39 grams and is 3.5 inches long and 0.59 in diameter, so pocketable. Will give two as modest Christmas presents to a niece and her 6 year old son. Has 2 light levels.

I already own three slightly smaller, 0.96 ounce Fenix E01 flashlights for which I usually always have one in my Levi 511 front right pocket.

Yes Guy did take the picture. He usually does that during the Tournament of Champions tapings but doesn't always do it. Since the TOC All-Star Christmas final has been shown I can finally post this. This was taken during the middle of August when the tapings were done but we all had to wear "holiday" outfits so many of us were quite warm that day.

Yes, my wife and I are about in the center of the audience on the second row.

Guy Fieri is a cooking personality on the Food Network here in the United States. He has several shows including Diners, Drive Ins & Dives, Guy's Grocery Games and Tournament of Champions. He has also opened up several restaurants and has a restaurant presence on several Carnival cruise ships, Guy's Burger Joint.
