How Did You Sleep?

I think a bit better last night than the previous few nights. I did have weird Star Trek dreams, but that's because I fell asleep with a book playing and forgot to set the sleep timer.

Sleep like a baby when a baby does sleep, normally 7 to 8 hours without waking. Dreams very few but weird when I dream. Like last night when I dreamed the refrigerator in our kitchen had nothing in it but 12 heads of lettuce all in various stages of decay.
I wonder what a dream analyst would make of that?

I slept for about nine hours, which is good, but woke with a headache.

I'm in the midst of a Fibro flare so despite the nine hours, I feel like I could sleep right now. However, I took a pill for my head and it got better and I could actually take a nap if I wanted to so, I've nothing to complain about and I'm grateful for that.

Pretty well and a lot. I think I slept for about 10 hours last night. Usually, I need about 9.5 to feel well rested. I know I had vivid dreams because I remember remembering them for a bit, but I've lost the images now.

Wishing everyone good sleep. 🤗

Pretty well, I think. About 9.5 hours, which is good. I woke a bit anxious, but that's not unusual; a matter of slow breathing and "talking myself down" as best I can.

I've been waking with so much anxiety lately that it's hard for me to tell how I've slept. Not enough hours last night, though. 🤷‍♀️

Haven't had a good nights sleep in several days. Between my insomnia and the dog next door... awake to the wee hours and then I have to get up and come to work. Makes me a bit on the grumpy side.

I did finally complain about the dog. Seems the owner works nights and leaves her doggie outside - poor thing barks NON STOP for hours. That can't be good for the dog either, right?

That's sad. :( -Hope things get better for you and the dog. 🤗

Well after completing several weeks worth of HTML coding, celebrated yesterday evening with some live, outdoor, rock cover band music. But then didn't get to sleep till 3:30am last night and woke up this morning at 7:45am. So just 4+ hours sleep, though don't feel sleepy or tired probably because have otherwise slept well this last week, mostly 6 to 8 hours each night.

I know that, as we get older, it can become more difficult to get enough sleep. I generally need about 9 - 9.5 hours to feel really good during the day. Some days I get enough sleep, others not so much.

Last night I did manage 9 hours in total, but it was interrupted by a 30 minute wake cycle from 05:00 to 05:30 and the next 2.5 hours was lighter than I'd like. Still, not a bad night, really.

How's everyone sleeping?

I’m right there with you regarding the number of hours I want to be at full strength the next day. I tend to range between 8.5 and 9.5 so with only 7 last night I am yawning a lot.
