‘To do’. lists

When making my list, I always include two or three jobs that I have already done at the top. That way anyone looking at it, presumes that I have been a busy guy!

I’m a list person, but these days it’s all electronic.

I’ve set up my Calendar App on my phone to send me reminders a week ahead of things like doctors appointments, birthdays, social things to which I’ve RSVP’d.

My Notes App is where I keep my own to do list plus various other lists….projects or research for clients for example, or recipes to try, etc

We are a wish-list family, so Christmas and birthdays the refrain is always “need your list!”

I have an App for groceries which keeps a running tally of all the groceries I’ve added, by category, and the touch of a button allows me to edit that list to view only the things I need that week.

I keep a hard-copy list of Ron’s Honey-Dos, and we both add to it as things come up, and mark them done when we’ve finished them. It’s just a spiral bound notebook that sits in the laundry room, and he also keep notes in there if he needs to remember measurements for wood cuts or dimensions for a project. If he needs that info to take to the store he just takes of photo with his phone of the relevant info or page, because like me, his phone goes where he goes.

No "to do" lists. I know what needs done and do what I can to accomplish those tasks. If it doesn't get done that day, there is always tomorrow.

Like Pinky, I just keep a piece of note paper stuck to the side of the frig with a magnet and write down what I need from the grocery store.

I have a colorful little notebook next to me and I keep a running list...groceries, phone calls to make/return, bills to pay, etc.
I used to have a bright orange notebook for lists like that. It has disappeared. Such a pain in the neck. Nothing else in the house is orange (unless it is packaging) and I would have spotted it by now if it were here.
