I’m afraid that by being a practical man that I have made my wife into being a practical woman.
She knows that you can’t eat diamonds and pearls but yet she brings so much beauty into my life.
Without her I wouldn’t have her flowers and decorations around the house and her pretty garden with all of its lights.
I’ve denied her very little and she knows that she can buy herself whatever she wants as long as it isn’t a burden on me.
My nephew and his wife and preteen daughter were visiting one nice summer evening and they all went out and sat in the screen house and watched all of the different colored and types of solar lights light up.
Afterward my wife told me what the sweet little girl said.
“Oh Mom! I told you we need a fairy garden!”

I have a fairy garden here. All along 2 borders in pots in amongst my flowers are flower solar lights...it's a magic show every night for the little girls next door to see out of their bedroom window. I wish my Iphone was up to taking night photos so I could show you, but it just isn't unfortunately
