Well I'll be happy if I can still swim at a 100 that's for sure.
I don't get the chance to go to the pool here very often, it's in the leisure centre and the adult only times are when I'm at work, but when I go to my Casa in Spain I swim laps every morning and evening in my own pool which is 15 metres , usually about 20 laps, but I have been known to do over 30...and I didn't learn to swim until I was 50..![]()
Love to know what she drinks or smokes...![]()
ndynt, really? That woman rocks, it is important for younger seniors to hear these stories and be inspired. I think there is a revolution taking place around what constitutes old age. Hope to be a positive participant.
