2 porch pirates fought for the same package right after the package was delivered in Reading Pennsylvania. The delivery driver hadn't even left the location yet. The customer said it was cell phones.

Are these criminals just following delivery trucks in a neighborhood or are they getting tips on the kind of delivery.

Porch pirates means something different in Australia.

In the days when the milkman delivered bottles of milk to the front doorstep it was not uncommon to find that some bird or other, usually a magpie or crow had used its beak to pierce the aluminium foil bottle cap to steal some of the cream. These days, only oldies like me would think of a bird when seeing the term "porch pirate."

It appears they were working together.

I was thinking that too but they came out of seperate cars. My guess is they know that neighborhood gets a lot of deliveries.

May they should tell delivery drivers to look for cars following them.
