It must have snowed again during the night - more than a dusting but less than an inch. Nothing on the roads, but my lawn and patio deck were white. Quickly melting now that the sun is up.

Forecast says a warming trend this weekend. Sunday may get up near 60F. It comes with a price, though - heavy rain and high wind. We're under a flood watch.

It's a very cloudy Sunday morning. We are supposed to get up to 4 inches of rain starting this afternoon. There is a flood watch in effect from this afternoon into tomorrow for northeastern N.J., including my county, N.Y. and southern Conn. The high temp here is forecast to be 58.

About 42 degrees here with rain for next two days. It might get in the 50s today.

If I put out any small lite Christmas trees on my deck steps I better do it today or tomorrow.
It can be a chore with the outdoor extension cords for the lights, if it gets too cold or snowy.

Only in the 30's and maybe some snow- many counties ,one below and more east of me had a ticker on the local news that their schools would delay opening for 2 hours. They got snow and ice.

We only have about an inch of snow on the ground and that is expected to melt by the end of the week with only a few days of freezing rain or sleet forecast before years end! Not complaining - we had about 14 ft of snow last year so this is a nice break!
