2024 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

We weren't supposed to get any weather last night since it was supposed to go way south of us.

So about 11 pm we started to have lightening & some thunder along with a light rain. Then in the middle of the night I was woke up with house rattling thunder & by the morning we had another 1 1/2" rain in the gauge.

Gotta love the people who give us the weather predictions, LOL.

A nice sunny day though it started out a bit humid. About 71 F now but rising to around 80. After 2 PM though we expect rain and thunderstorms and cooling temperatures, probably continuing through tomorrow.

I prefer the weather a bit on the coolish side than too hot. It’s going up to 20 in a few days and I’d be tickled pink to have temperatures from 15 to 20 until autumn
