2025 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

Its going to be a hot Summer and though no one enjoys complaining about weather as much as I do here I worry about hurricanes .

By you I imagine worry about power outage?

Bearing in mind that the UK is mostly situated above Vancouver, from a point of view of latitude, yet we achieved 29.3°C (84.7°F). It's not even summer yet.

We did have a short-lived thunderstorm at around 8pm. We could tell it was coming, due to the Ozone smell you get when there is lightning nearby.

Been a nice springtime with great weather here. ….but today they are warning to watch out for a storm coming later with large hail possible.
Yesterday there were tornado sightings in the central part of the state.

Plenty of sun, a few scattered cumulus type clouds, no wind at all and currently a temp. of 50* F....10*C. It's meant to rise to 72*F.....22*C later this afternoon. It would be nice to get some rain.

Its been raining for four days straight and the weather person says rain for the next three days too.
It was in the 70's. Right now its 50. Who knows about later. :D Luckily, I mowed the day before all this started. :D

When its not pouring I been working in the flower beds. I dont mind working in a drizzle.
The ground is nice and soft. Been weeding and edging and transplanting.

Cool around 42F but bright sun. Band of cloud just to the South though, and gradually creeping up toward me as the weather down there slides along in a retrograde Western path. Sometime before Noon we'll probably be clouded, soon followed by rain.

I'm filling buckets with sun while it shines, since I only filled one completely yesterday. I have 3 sets of portable solar panels and battery power stations out there now.

Well its still raining off and on. Good thing I dont mind getting a little wet. :D
Im still working on my flower beds. Dividing and repositioning my perennials and edging beds.
Its my annual spring ritual. Gotta get done before summer hits. :D

Still raining here. Looks like it might stop by Friday. Probably wont be able to mow the whole yard.
My lower yard is flooded. I think I saw an Ark being towed coming off the freeway. :D

Seriously I dont mind the rain. My yard is so GREEN and everything is blooming like crazy.
Transplanting is almost done. Just some Alliums and Iris left. And a slew of Star of Bethlehem thats going in the fence row.
That where I put all the invasive stuff and let them duke it out. :D
