We're still hovering in the single digits, but may Finally get above freezing for a bit tomorrow,

Our oldest daughter and Son-in-Law took their camper down to Corpus Christi, TX., a few days ago to spend a few weeks in warmer weather. According to todays news, they are probably hovering indoors with their heater on.....what a nasty January!

The sun is so intense in Arizona as well as Colorado that my sister and I used to do that (wear a jacket with shorts barefooted) in both states to get our summer tan started in January and February. As long as there is no wind, the sun kept us warm and toasty.

I used to live in Auburn and it snowed there a few times. It was quite amusing for this Illinois Boy to watch people down there try to drive on icy streets.
