We had about 4" of snow earlier today, and may have some more coming this evening. Then, the temperatures are set to drop for the next few days. It looks like Winter is not ending anytime soon.

Temp is right at the freezing point. Although the precip falls as rain, the ground is so cold, it freezes which creates a big mess. Chopped and shoveled a path down the driveway. Meal delivery canceled again.

It was only 3 degrees here this morning, but the sun finally came out after days of clouds. I cleared most of the snow off the driveway today, and we should see highs in the 40's for the next couple of days, which should melt most of the remaining snow. But then, next week looks like days of bitter cold, and then the final week of Feb., and into March, most of this cold weather should be gone....I Hope!

The night before last night it snowed. I expected it to be gone yesterday but my world is still white and frozen. I am hoping this is gone this afternoon. I want to drive but not until the streets are safe and I can walk to my car without fear of slipping.

We got a few inches of snow last night along with freezing rain. Today it’s a slippery ice rink out there. It’s -11 but with wind gusts up to 80 kilometres an hour, it fees like -27.
