2025 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

We did get rain yesterday that must have thinned the freaking Corn Sweat covering us, The air is less dense than it was.
But otherwise.. another day, another "Extreme Heat" warning.....ok, ok we get it, now surprise us with a 78 degree day with a slight breeze,
I vaguely remember those
 

Yesterday the high was 97 with a feels like of 112. Today the forecast is for cooler weather with a high of just 91 and a feels like of 106.
 
According to the news this evening, today was the coldest July day since the 1990s only one degree (C) difference between the highest and lowest temperature.

I think the rain gauge must be broken because there was about 15mm in my gauge just before it got dark.

Another "scorcher". It's just before 10 am here and the temp is already 82F. Even with fans in a doorway and in 2 windows, I couldn't get the house temp below 78F last night. Heat advisory from noon to 8 pm. Forecast promises some moderation by tomorrow.
 
88 with a feels like of 102 at half past noon. It almost feels cool after the past few days of 97 with a feels like of 112.
