Cool, but warm enough so the on-and-off drizzle/rain is liquid. Just a miserable, damp, cool and windy day.

It's crazy hot here! Average temp in Albuquerque on a typical March 21 is 65°. Yesterday hit 91°. They keep track each year of the first day it hits 80°, 90° and if it gets to 100°. The prior earliest day to hit 90° was May 4 (in 1947), 6 weeks into the year from now! It's been 15-25° above normal for over a month now, and pretty much no rain.
