I would rather have someone who is trying to feed their kids have the job.. than a teenager looking to buy a car..
 
Not always a teenager looking to buy a car, maybe help with college.
 

I agree, it is...but here it's usually younger kids that hold those jobs and No, most don't speak English very well. We live in different states, we see different things.
