IMO....Some things like diet and exercise {MIGHT} help the heart maintain health but the heart can fail at any time.

Remember Jim Fixx died [of] a heart attack {@ 52} while he was jogging.........there are no absolutes.
 

Of course there are no absolutes, and I wonder if Fix took any supplements for prevention...like Grape Seed Extract for cardio. He could have been a heart attack waiting to happen. He cold have been very deficient in magnesium as well which is important for the heart. We don't know anything except this runner died of a heart attack while running. Running is blown out of proportion anyway.

He was a man known for running and he was @ that time the poster child for fitness. I'll assume that he was doing the overall fitness & diet program of the day. Running is a widely accepted form of exercise.

Running is very destructive too, to the joints and we don't know how many have dropped dead in their running world. I don't see a lot of happy faces on the runners I see on the streets. Again, he could have been deficient in minerals for the heart health support.

Never said it wasn't....but it is touted as one of the better cardiovascular activities....which is what your topic was about....

24 yrs of taking it. And yes we can dig up issues on anything, even water if we want to go there.

Some do have allergies to grapes. It is a blood thinner so if they are taking pharma drugs for thinning blood caution must be taken. Pregnant women are warned to take NO DRUGS or SUPPS.

Only prenatal vits.

This grape supplement has saved me from so many G.D. drugs in my life, Starting with allergy drugs and allergy docs.

And it came to America from France a neighbor of where you are from Holly.

Pick a heart drug and look up all the possible side effects....many many.
 
OH I'm sure Jam, that there's many pharma drugs with more side effects.., , and yep France may be a neighbour of ours, as Mexico is a neighbour of yours , kinda missing your point there.. however I feel that you may have been very fortunate with the Grape seed juice and indeed it may have given you a healthy life..but my point is, that everyone needs to know that it also has severe side effects also.

I'm just saying you want to pick on grape seed ex a food supplement and I'm just saying it's a great product and if everyone took it pharma would lose more and more from t hose taking so many drugs.

S/E of grape seed are few in the whole scene.

France also brings us great wines, from the grape., Wonder if all t hose consuming wine have a bunch of side effects...Ok, I'm done here.
