8 - 3 - 8 ~ Word Game

Wow, JustBonee, you got me stumped on Horology. I looked it up, half afraid of what it would mean, but it's a perfectly proper word. 😅

I looked up Ormeau, out of curiosity and because the word is only 6 letters and had to be turned into 8 letters for the game to continue. Turns out an Ormeau is a sea snail in Australia, and it couldn't be pluralized by adding es to it, as the plural is Ormeaux. I wonder how an Australian creature got a French plural ending?

Anyway, thanks for adding a lovely word to our vocabulary.
