9 habits linked to a longer, happier life

I completely get where those old guys are coming from. I lived a life to the fullest and 12 years ago everything changed in one fell swoop. I lost 80 lbs in one month and by body has never been the same. I know my time is coming and I'm good and ready so I decided I was going to go out as happy as I could. I smoke 5 cigarettes' a day and have two shots of Jack after seven each evening, quiets the voice, sometimes. I don.t ever get drunk, just smooth the edge. I know I won't make it to ninety, most like not even 75. I don't want to in this body. I am done with the fight, PERIOD. It's as they say, I'm as good as I'll ever be!

I know exactly what you mean .... In October 2015 I got off a motorcycle 280 miles from home. My legs went out from under me ..... I finally did get myself back up, and moving with a lot of pain. I spent the night there , came straight home the next day ....... and , as with you, my body has never been the same. And BTW my motorcycle has not been out of the garage since either.

Aging ........

I was the oldest student at Community College. In my sociology class students brought in articles of of relevance for discussion. The other students were just out of high school without much life experience behind them. On a particular day I reported about increased longevity and health benefits of sex. In summary I stated if you want to love longer and in better heath have more sex.

Agree with the entire list.

Each and every one is important. (y)
