A modern church requires good planning

Flicking around on my laptop I happened upon something that was posted some five years ago.
It is the strategic plan that was developed by members of our small congregation at Revesby Uniting Church in south west Sydney.

Before this plan was formalised, we came together several times to reflect on the past and present of our small church and to think about how to move forward as a vital and thriving church community.

A lot, but not all, of the strategic plan has been implemented. While so many smaller churches have withered away and closed down, we are alive and growing in worship numbers, volunteers and community projects.

I'm posting a link to the Strategic Plan that was agreed on. I thought it might be of interest to some members on this forum.
If you do find it interesting I would love your feedback.
