Just being able to breathe normally is a God send. No headache is a good sign also. Maybe your version of this cold virus is weakened slightly due to your looking after yourself. I’m happy for you.

Today I had a doctors appointment at the hospital so we took a really early walk. It was still darkish so I didn’t take any pictures . We also walked the dogs around the hospital parking lot before leaving them in the car for an hour.

It was a high of -2 with no wind chill factor.
It was very warm today.

Yesterday we went into Halifax and went for a walk through the neighborhood. They have more snow than we have.

We've seen some, outside near our windows recently, this winter,

though we've never seen a wild rabbit, here. 🤔

You’ve never seen a wild rabbit? That is surprising.


Today we walked on our regular forest ( in town ) walk. Someone had shovelled a walkway up to the path from the road which was nice and much needed.

The path had been walked on several times making it easier to walk on if that makes sense. In other words, we weren’t the first people walking on the trail.

This is part of the trail which has been ploughed. It was 1 degree today so fairly warm. It was also partially sunny, partially cloudy. Our older dog is STILL doing much better.

That looks like it would be good exercise to walk. Great news about your dog! :)
