I remember coming across this some time ago, can't recall if it was here or where it was, and at the time I thought, why.
Such a stunning location, a chance to create a truly grand setting worthy of castle-like homes and grand lifestyles, yet let's duplicate the architectural design of all the homes so they all look alike, then proceed to stuff as many together as we can.
Reminds me of something one would happen across when opening up a children's fantasy/fairytale story book... castles, dragons, and rainbows in the land of make-believe.
You couldn't give me enough to reduce my lifestyle to live there.
Aside from there being zero privacy, it's further apparent that the developer is totally void of all landscape design smarts. Just so hard to fathom the asinine mentality of building a community like this in the mountains, and then clear-cutting the site to eliminate any/all signs of natural growth so it resembles something of that in the heart of an ugly metro centre in a bustling city. Not a tree in sight, no gardens, no shrubs, no hedging, no flowers, no parking, no playground for children, no character, no nothing.
More money than brains.
