70, and not dead yet. Having a hard time believing it. Never imagined myself at this age... or interested in something like a "Senor Forum". Time just seems to have slipped away.

Looks like I am somewhere near the middle here.

That was the only birthday that really depressed me. All my friends were still single, going to concerts and starting cool jobs. I had married in haste and was repenting at leisure. I thought all the good times were over. Nope, lots more to come.

I remember thinking 25 was "old".

So funny! I felt that same way when my birthday was approaching, and thought that age was when you began to be that responsible older adult. Married already seven years, 2 small children, a hubby, a new home of our own. Yep, that seemed old and responsible..... boy. Was I wrong!

At 57, I kinda get along with every age demographic...love children...I like Millennials...love learning from my elders.

Many people are good with Geography, others Math...others English, etc. I remember most every funny incident that has occurred in my lifetime. I also have a great recall for corny jokes. This has always kept me in good stead in conversations. I can usually turn any chat into a humorous anecdote.

I'm terrible with directions though, and I get lost driving in a circle. I always take my daughters with me on road trips to help me navigate. It really feels like I was 25 a few weeks ago. I still have the mindset of a guy in his 20's with the bonus of half a Century of life experience.

My niece is 25 years old and told me she is having a 'quarter life crisis'. lol!

I told her not to fret...that my entire life has been a crisis!

She just passed the Bar and is now officially a Lawyer! What an amazing kid!

My wife turned 73 last month! I love being with an older woman.

But, I turn 73 in May! I get this short thrill for a few weeks every year...
