All Goats, All The Time

A tv news hour was talking about a city community bringing in goats to clear out weeds, thistles, etc. Having had a goat, I know they’re prolific at redepositing what they took in. You’d almost think there’d soon be more weeds from the fertilized seeds left behind. I lived in the country so there wasn’t a way to evaluate the new growth.

I never thought of that @Jules! All I ever thought about was getting rid of fire-fueled by weeds, underbrush etc. Apparently there's more to it.

More than 100 goats escaped their enclosure and migrated to an Idaho neighborhood Friday morning.
The 118 adult and baby goats roamed the manicured lawns in Boise, the Idaho Statesman reported.
The goat-palooza calmly chewed grass and munched on branches.

Neighbors, including adults and children, were pleased to pet the friendly animals.
I wonder if goat manure is good for the garden.
