I think SHE would have scared the bejesus out of me, never mind the man who harmlessly approached her.
But there's something phony about this whole video. Is she auditioning for an acting part? Sure seems that way. She's too made up, looks too perfect, and her reaction is a little too smooth to be believable.
For those who might take this seriously, it's a lot of nonsense. A friendly greeting is just that, and a hysterical, panicked reaction like that screams "mental illness." In the parking lot of my local supermarket, they have men rounding up the shopping carts left in the carrels or in the parking spaces, and returning them to the store. Often, they see a woman finishing unloading her cart and ask if she would like them to return the cart to the store. It's always answered with a grateful "Yes." So, would this woman answer the guy with shaking and screaming?
But as I said, I think the video is phony, and I don't buy it for a second. She's working a little too hard, and needs to go back to acting school.

Good for you! Too many people will jump to conclusions. And false claims can also mean that people who really did suffer something won't be believed. It can be a real mess out there.
