An American Flag made with rainbow stripes is being flown at a military base in Arizona.

This is so shocking that it is hard to believe !
An Air force Base in Arizona is now flying a flag that has the 50 stars, but instead of the red and white stripes, this flag has rainbow stripes.
When the base Department of Public Affairs was questioned about the flag, they said it was authorized to be flown there.

What do you suppose all of our patriotic servicemen think about seeing this instead of our official flag ?
No matter what your opinion of the GLBT movement is, this desecration of our American flag is a slap in the face of all Americans.
Hopefully, there will be enough protests from our citizens, servicemen, and veterans that they will be forced to take this flag down !

I agree it is inappropriate to fly it on a military reservation but that base flies the REAL American flag high on a pole. This flag doesn't belong there at all. I don't understand the resistance to removing it. BTW it is NOT an American flag at all but I still agree it should come down.

I also agree it should come down. Only the American flag (the official one) should be flown over a military installation. What were they THINKING??? Yikes!

I don't think it should be flown either, but from what I've read it doesn't violate any federal laws as it's not an actual flag that has been altered, or they would have ordered it taken down already. Also, it is flown by a private individual there.

I don't agree with it... However, I'm not 100% certain it isn't a Right wing hoax to fire people up either. Especially since the link is from TPNN.. TEA PARTY NEWS NETWORK... lol!!

Seems like this is old news, the decision to let it fly because it violated no laws happened in February of this year. I'm sure they're resurrecting it again to ruffle some feathers.
