Probably look like snakes. I have a cat that tries to kill electric cords if they are unplugged and laying around.

I think it has something to do with how aware they are of their territory and it's sudden appearance spooks them.

I watched Klute one time with my cat when I was all alone in the house. I thought he would protect me. He SLEPT through everything! Even the blood curdling screaming. Typical Tom cat.

I was bitten by one of these darn things in Key West. That is an Iguana, right? The one that bit me looked just like this fella. Hurt like hell. I had to get first aid at the hotel. I was trying to get him or her, (I didn't bother to look after it bit me), out of the pool. I didn't think they were aggressive, but this one was. They have teeth like a saw blade, kind of serrated, I guess. It bled really bad. The cut was deep.

I like the pot belly pigs. My friend in Oklahoma has two of them. He was told not to do that because they fight over food and that can sometimes lead to them to just fighting to eliminate the competition for the food, but his 2 pigs seem to get along fine.
