I think controversial topics should be discussed after all they're in the news everyday and many affect our day to day lives.

We do not live in a world that is all nicey nice...bring it out and put it on the table...we discuss/debate and if we're smart, we learn,
and besides thread after thread of nicey nice is boring as hell.
