Any naturists or nudists here?

Sometimes there are practical reasons to be a nudist. Decades ago a former girlfriend and I were on vacation in the German Black Forest (SW Germany). I had forgotten my swimming trunks and couldn't buy a new one since it was on the weekend (most shops are closed here on Saturday afternoon and the whole Sunday). For this reason I left my room at 2 a.m., went to the indoor pool area, switched the lights on and was swimming some minutes totally nude. This happened several nights. Fortunately nobody came. Not that I had any problems with me being nude, but it would have caused some turmoil I think :ROFLMAO:. Of course I used the shower before and after swimming.

I bet you thoroughly enjoyed the freedom. And possibly, the thrill of the chance of getting caught!

That is their problem and not ours. You don't know them, they don't know you. You'll probably never see them again, so who cares? Never let someone else lick the red off your sucker!
 
When I was a teen ager we had a pool at home and loved to skinny dip co-ed when adults weren't around. Unfortunately, a policeman lived next door, and our church pastor lived across the street, up on a hill overlooking our yard. 😞 So we mostly had to limit our activities mostly to after dark. Fond memories! 😁

And I believe sexual excitement is NOT learned, but is innate.

This article makes some good points about it being learned. But I agree...it IS a powerful basic instinct. I think WHAT is exciting might be learned.

Why Nudist Don't Get Erections​

Lawrence Casler, of the State University of New York at Geneseo, studied 115nudists, removing his own clothes to minimize defensiveness or false responses. One of his major findings: Nudists are not sexually aroused by the sight of unclad bodies.

Why don't nudists react as we expect them to? Casler believes that sectual arousal is a learned response to nudity and that the naked body arouses us only under certain conditions. Anthropologists do not report unusual promiscuity or a higher birth rate among habitually naked primitive tribes; nor is there any other sign that such groups are more sexually active than their clothed neighbors.

Under what conditions, then, is the unclad body an erotic object? The answer seems simple. In non-nudist life, we see the opposite sex undressed during love making, and conditioning causes nudity to become associated with sexual excitement or behavior. Nudists, on the other hand, associate the naked body with volleyball. The body becomes deconditioned as a sexual stimulus.


Male nudists have reported, however, that immediately upon leaving the nudist camp they are stimulated by women wearing ordinary clothes.

An excellent article, somethng to think about. But also could it be that nudists have a vested interest in not appearing to be sex crazed. Primitive tribes are a little different, being nude from birth.
 
This has become a popular event at Howe Caverns in New York.

Naked In A Cave
 
A couple of years ago I had breast reduction and tummy-tuck surgery from years of psychiatric medications. At one time I weighed 351 pounds with a 51 inch waist trousers. Now I weigh 200 lbs, 38 inch waist. From my experience and circumstances that led me to have these procedures done I highly recommend surgery of this nature. Although, I contracted a dangerous infection as a result of the surgery that was treated and taken care of.

I like my new body, my breasts and belly are smaller and less weight to carry around.
 
My wife and I were naturists. We belonged to a club just outside of Tampa and owned our own Casetta. We would go down on weekends mostly. I flew for United, so I would try to fly four days and take three days off. We belonged to the club for eleven years.

When we started, we were both somewhat anxious, but excited. They offer a free one day visit for couples to check out everything. After that visit, we were all in. We haven’t been a member for 9 years now, but visit occasionally.

In fact this is not even a new thing, caused by environmental chemicals. There is a statue of Hemiunu, an ancient Egyptian prince and architect of the Great Pyramid of Giza. It's in the 'Roemer- und Pelizaeus-Museum' at Hildesheim in Northern Germany.

A man, living not far away from this museum, asked 13 years ago, regarding the statue "Sollten Männer BHs tragen?" (Should men wear bras?).
Sollten Männer BH´s tragen?

I'm myself on this side. But I was never much overweight. I'm not embarrassed of them. It's funny, since I always must position my seat belt between them.

I think we all have small traits of the opposite gender. Men might have fine facial features. Women may display aggressive masculine traits in their personalities, or they might lack empathy, or feminine grace.
 
I live hours from one in Indiana, another time zone. It may be a little busy or empty,
so the drive there is questionable. I hate driving. more men, senior-ish,
and very overweight. All parks are set up for couples in various modes of undressed
 
Yep being free & comfortable is great! I am nude at every chance I get, like doing the garden nude. It is not a sexual thing but just being free I am 72 years old & dont see the problem.

Not just women Patty, looking presentable has always been important. From the Fedora hat down to the polished shoes, I try to look neat and tidy whenever I am out and about. As for going naked, can I keep my hat on?
