I get plenty too. Today I got over 9 hours.I've been up since four also, but sleeping nine to four is usual for me. Add an hour nap after lunch, I get plenty of sleep.

Oh, I wish I could take a shower now but the neighbors get woken up by me running water in the tub. I wish they'd move. I did wash up with a sink bath though and am going too wash my hair in the kitchen sink. I'm not shaving my legs till next spring most likely. No one sees them anyhow.I am still up, It is about 1AM. I have just had a nice hot shower, washed and dried my hair. I even got the legs shaved.
I put all fresh bedding on this afternoon. Just waiting to feel sleepy and climb into those soft sheets.
Had scrambled eggs and an english muffin for dinner. I made extra eggs and put some in the pups dinners as well. They always get worked up when they see I have the eggs out of the fridge.
They are all ready for bed after going out for a potty. The two littles are on the couch in a blanket. Big dog is laying under my feet as an ottoman.

I don't know where that thread is. I slept a lot today. I was so tired. These medicines are kicking my butt. I'm going to get them reduced or changed. Then I probably won't be able to sleep. I can't win.it would be a different story if I could do a lot of activities or exercises. I get worn out fast. Ugh.Hmm, was there another thread here on sleep pattern struggles?
In any case I'm awake here at 10:30 PM local, but after around 3 hours of napping. I think I'll work in some activity so I can try for a proper stretch of sleep before too long.
