Anybody Awake Right Now?

Yep, still up as usual. Just watcing TV, made some popcorn, now I have three furry faces trying to figure out to get to the bowl.

I worry because I keep reading more and more about the health benefits of being up and around during the day. Even eye health seems to benefit from being outdoors in the sunshine (when we have it) and looking into the distance more.

But I don't try to force perfection. I'd just rather get sleepy and nod off at a "normal" time when I can.

I stay up till 1 - 2 - 3 AM at least one day a week. That was last week. I tired now. think its like a routine. Especially when watching A Series of Drama Shows of season 1 -2 -3 - 4 - 5 and etc. It catches me and I just keep on keeping on with it. Burns out for sure but sort of fun 2.

Sports stuff is really beginning to bore me with all the lip service leading up, thru and after it. I just wish they would show the replay several times and STFu. haha

Up late again, napped out so what can I expect?

Wow, TV ads are sure getting weird! A medication that masks a serious communicable disease from detection is now considered "cured?"

Woke up too early........shoulders hurt, nose hurts from new CPAP machine, cats jumping all over me. Oh, my lower back hurts too, and I have been going to bed too early from boredom........

Now that I've complained........

Awake again and it's almost 3 am I am tired and wired. Been drinking diet Coke. I guess I'll go to sleep when the urge hits me.

Monday night, into Tuesday, all I managed was four hours sleep. Last night went to bed after a hot bath, that always helps, managed seven hours, but not continual, the bladder is not as strong as it once was.

Up early this morning, the car has to go in for a minor repair later, so it's an early breakfast and after I have finished my coffee and croissants it will be shower and shave and off out into the frosty morning.

I, too, have been dealing with car repairs. I hope to get my car back this week. It's been delayed because of lack of parts drivers this time of year.
