Some people are heartless. I am sorry that they stole your items.I held an estate sale after Jack died but was ill-prepared for the hundreds of people that showed up. I couldn't be outside and inside at the same time and my paintings were stolen, a lot of tools, ammo, my bronze sculptures, wonderful books, Western antiques were stolen that day.
How can people DO THAT? How can they steal things?
I was sad for mankind.
Too bad they don't lay. Well, unless they lay ceramic.Like those glass cannisters with roosters; I have enough 'roosters' to fill an acre.![]()

I used to have one exactly like that. An ex-girlfriend stole it and gave it to a stranger (she said).
Ditto!Back in the day we did. Don't even go to garage sales any more. Just junk it seems like, I have enough of my own I need to get rid of.
I'm so very, very sorry. This is sick and egregious. What is wrong with people. And they do it without conscience it seems.I held an estate sale after Jack died but was ill-prepared for the hundreds of people that showed up. I couldn't be outside and inside at the same time and my paintings were stolen, a lot of tools, ammo, my bronze sculptures, wonderful books, Western antiques were stolen that day.

I love estate sales...I sense amazing stories with all stirring up my writing juices! Have not been to a single one, though, since moving to the prairies.Like those glass cannisters with roosters; I have enough 'roosters' to fill an acre.![]()
