Are fast food prices rising in your area?

We occasionally eat fast food (Chick-fil-a, 5 Guys, pizza, etc.) I appreciate a break from cooking occasionally and I make no excuses to anyone. If you don't care for fast food, good... I didn't buy it for you.

Haven't bought fast food this year.

Neither have I...maybe longer, so no clue.

There does seem to be a minor food shortage. I don't know if that is due to supply (trucking) or their is an actual shortage.

Fast food joints are no different than gas stations-gouge if possible.
We can only vote by not purchasing.

I remember the charts in economics class.
Price and demand. As long as the demand is there the price doesn't change. If people stop buying the price goes down.
I remember that with sugar and coffee quite a few years back.
Re prices in the good old days. How long did you have to work for 15 cents? Nowadays people walk past a nickel on the sidewalk. In Canada now pennies have been removed from circulation . Everything is rounded to the nearest nickel and there is talk of getting rid of the nickel. When the cost of the coin is greater than the monetary value that's what happens. Silver is no longer minted pure into quarters. Zinc is used .
