Are you a fashionista?
I'm not. If you watch a rerun of "Cheers", I'm still wearing the same shirts that Woody, the bar tender is wearing. ( Cheers has been off since 1993.)

In high school era Patti Boyd was a great influence. Dressed like her, hair, etc. Sometimes in my twenties I pulled off a look. Motherhood cured me.

Nope .. growing up, didn't have the means to keep in fashion. Once I started working full-time, I was able to dress better, but had my own "style", and still do.

No. I don't follow fads - some are pretty outlandish anyway (like wearing jeans with rips and holes in them - don't even get me started).

Yes, but I'm not a fashionista in the sense that I will decorate myself with every new fashion trend. that presents itself I like good elegant classic stuff. There is a difference.

I am, but I have my own fashion, and it hasn't caught on with men under age 65.

I'm more of a fashion-least-a. Most fashions would be wasted on me.

I stick to basics. I'm clean, neat and dressed to blend in most of the time.

When I do wear something a bit more to the fashionable side, I do feel good about it but not enough to make a habit of it.

Mostly, I'm invisible.....or transparent....or something.

As in a devoted follower of fashion? Hmmm. I wouldn't say I am a devoted follower but I do have quite an interest in fashion and if I see something new and like it, I will either buy it or make it.

I have never liked skinny jeans or ripped jeans, maybe because they seem to suit so few people.

Hardly. I dress to please myself but even that is difficult given my short stature.

Comfort is my first priority and pleasing colours my second.

I used to be, back when I was younger and slimmer. Now I live in either leggings and long tunics or jeans and t-shirts. And Keds.

I'm very basic and plain in my clothing choices. I'm trying to up my fashion a little bit, and by that I mean I'm choosing colors other than black. Jeans and a (black) top is my everyday attire. I will do leggings once in a while, like today.

I did the fashion thing ever since my 20's......I don't care to do it anymore. I will admit though, that I still have tops in my closet from the 1980's just to flash back to those days to remember what I was doing or who I was doing...

well, I watch an epsiode of Cheers every day..and honestly I'm astonished that that even during the 80s episodes, very little has changed in 30 odd years.. men still wear those same style shirts... women still wear those same style clothes ( sans shoulder pads)... only the technology has changed...really...

This could be my answer. In my younger years when I really cared about fashion I’d put a lot of effort into dressing stylish. I didn’t follow all the latest trends. I made up my own. I liked standing out. Now that I’m older I prefer to blend in..I’m not the same person I was when I was younger. Now I wear leggings and long tunic tops most days.
