Are You A List Maker?

Yup

I have a little bound booklet
with several pages of lists

The front page is what I'm getting in town that day....50 mi away

It's my shopping bible

I make lists for everything. I simply do not want to forget to do something.

Only shopping lists. Never used to do even that. But now I'm 20 miles away from town and don't want to forget anything. Home chore lists? NEVER! Don't need that stress. Just a look around is reminder enough 🤣

I make a to do list for my husband all the time. It’s my job to keep him, busy, busy, busy. Thank heaven I can make his list from my position in front of the tv. Would not want to miss my shows. 😂

I try to think of meals to cook for the coming week and add anything I'm going to need to my shopping list. Those are the only two lists I make.
I have a year planner in the kitchen and I note any significant events on that - pension days, holidays, birthdays etc..

I think it's cool that you cook. My dad does a lot of the cooking because mom's RA doesn't always allow her to be that mobile.

These days, I am fundamentally a Calendar person. My wife and I use the iPhone Joint Calendar extensively, as well as the individual Calendar for minor reminders where we don't need to bother each other. I make lists on it as well and really appreciate how flexible it is.
During my working career, my Day Timer was close at hand and included many hand written lists and reminders. I still use it, but only as a address book

The only list I bring, is when I go to the Super Market to buy food....Other wise, I wing it...
When I go shopping for Christmas, no list....I just buy what I see I like....I know my family very well....
