Are you drinking "Roundup"??

If you frequently drink beer or wine, there is a good chance you are ingesting a fair amount of Glyphosate....commonly known as "Roundup".

It appears that this might be nearly impossible to avoid if you drink anything that is derived from a plant.

So how does glyphosate contaminate organic wines and beers? Drift, polluted irrigation water, soil and through a new phenomena: pesticide rains. Glyphosate and other toxic chemical particles remain in evaporated water or dust clouds which form into rain and can contaminate vineyards and grain crops thousands of miles away.

Oh Dear!!! Your link shows only California wines to have been tested so far. For those who don't access the link...don't buy Gallo, Beringer, Barefoot, Mondavi, and Sutter Home. They say 12 California wines but that's only 5. Aren't we the only country to use Monsanto and GMOs?

I rarely drink wine and when I do it equals out to be about 1-2 shot glasses...and only with Italian food. There's just something about pasta and tomato sauce that screams for wine. I don't like beer.

Things like this make me think...

What other things are going on...that we have no idea about? It sometimes seems to me that recently...30-50 years, there is more & more skeletal & soft tissue organ issues, and diseases on the rise. Or at the very least, we are hearing more & more about them.

Just think about obesity & diabetes . Constantly in the news & on TV commercials about how to combat them. Yes there are many that think they know all there is to know about them both, and that the earlier, causes the later. OK, maybe ? but! How do we know what else might be going on inside our bodies...caused by things such as this?

If I'm correct about the rise in them as a disease ? What's causing it ?

And of course, in my mind the same is true about again,... what appears to be a rise in so many cancers , many that i have never heard of just as recently as 20 years ago.

Scary stuff indeed...in my opinion.

Follow the money...what ever creates the larger yield in the big business of agriculture , will be used. With just how much ? concern about the long term results / effects?

I'm pretty sure it's found in most foods that we are eating these days, not only wine and beer.
