Are you one of those horrible "morning people"?

There are two kinds of people- morning people and evening people. Morning people get up at 5 or 6, and they're singing, all bright and happy. Evening people crawl out bed, and like Dracula, the sunlight burns their eyes. At dusk, the morning people fade away, and the evening people rule.

So, are you one of those horrible "morning people"? šŸ™‚

I'm an evening person.
I'm not a morning person; I'm a night owl, always have been. I often do wake up early, putter around a bit, and then go back to bed. No matter what time I get out of bed, I don't crawl out like Dracula; I'm pleasant and perfectly adorable. girl_dance.gif

I'm a morning person, when I had to be at work I got up around 5:30,had breakfast/made my lunch then walk to work had to be there by 7am
I no longer get up at 5:30 now its usually between 6:30-6:40
Every morning{ weather permitting} I go take my 1st walk of the day before breakfast just to get fresh air and get me motivated for the day ahead

Sue I had to be up for work at 5am too.. It meant I had to go to bed by 10pm, which of course wasn't a great hardship because I was tired after a days work... but I was never at my best early in the mornings... .. ..and come weekends I stayed up as late as possible

Even when we would have to be at the airport for early morning flights at 4am... which meant leaving home at 3am. getting up at 1am.. I 'd rather stay up..not go to bed at all.. and then sleep on the plane

I spent my working career getting out of bed around 5:10 A.M. and on the job before 6 A.M. Since I've been retired I get up even earlier, typically around 4:45 A.M., I feel if I'm not at the gym by 5:30 I'm running late. I've also never needed an alarm clock, I'm the type to start looking at the clock two hours before I need to be up.

Even when young and out partying until the A.M. hours I still got up early. I'd feel like crap but still up and at em.

For 45 years I was a morning person, then I retired.
It took a few years and then suddenly I became a mid-morning person.
