Are you overly focused on trying to live longer?

Not that it's a bad idea, of course! I just mean are you (or we) overly focused on doing anything and spending lots of money in the process in the attempt to live as long as possible?

My wife and I have changed much about our eating including going organic, gluten free and non GMO.

We've been trying to eat healthier for many years now. We avoid, as much as possible, Man made "food" subtsitutes such as hydrogenated oils ( shortening, margarine, etc.) and chemical sweeteners.

We have rediscovered natural food such as real butter, lard, whole milk and such. And have lost weight doing it.

I totally agree with that guy that "eye candy" can get the blood flowing faster, but it can also be harmful to your health if your wife catches you looking at it.

That Guy, THAT is disgusting - lollollol only a man could have written that article:rolleyes:

"rkunsaw", in order to get real milk, you'd have to buy a cow and drink raw milk. This might interest you:(

"The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) have filed a petition requesting that the Agency amend the standard of identity for milk and 17 other dairy products to provide for the use of any safe and suitable sweetener as an optional ingredient. FDA is issuing this notice to request comments, data, and information about the issues presented in the petition." To answer the original question, I have always been conscious of what I eat. I am more diligent these days but my goal is to have Quality for whatever time I am intended. If I make it beyond the Intended Time, still walking, talking and with enough clarity to find my way home from WalMart, that will be even better:)

What woman is going to let you stare at her goods for 10 minutes unless you are married to her, living with her or paying for it? Staring at random ladies breasts for 10 minutes every day will likely get you arrested as a perv. Of course, there are XXX rated movies, but would that have as much theraputic effect as the real (or not) thing.:playful:

I think perhaps the 10-minutes can be cumulative, so instead of staring at one set of bodacious ta-tas for 10 minutes you could stare at 10 sets for 1 minute each.

My research has shown that a 1-minute stare STILL makes most well-endowed women uncomfortable (for whatever reason), so I have taken to staring at 60 sets for 10 seconds each. I believe this is like interval training - short periods of intense activity followed by a brief rest.

Oddly enough the analogy is carried further still in that the best place I've found for this aerobic exercise is at a large gym - this way you can sweat, swill water and tremble and no one will give you a second look. ;)
