ASIO (Australian Security Intelligence Organisation) is concerned about the activities of local muslims thought to be security threats, given that about 30 Australian nationals are thought to be fighting in northern Syria and others are actively recruiting jihadis.

Radicalized Muslim terrorists are now a worldwide problem,

and it will only get worse.

Why aren't peaceful Muslims speaking up more against them?

fear, I guess...???

I grew up being told that all that evil was "over there". Today's youth have to grow up thinking that "evil is here". And we wonder way so many are paranoid. I wonder if this paranoia could factor into the anger and violence we are seeing in our youth. :dunno:
