At what age did you "Find Yourself"?

First time finding my feet, I was 13 when I lost my Papa, I realised I was alone and he was going to look after me from beyond the veil.

Second time, finally knew who I was, in my 18th birthday when I expected something to finally arrive but what I got wasn't what I'd expected.

Then, I knew what I had to do and planned goals. Pretty much getting down the list. The main ones are done now. New ones have been added.

So, maybe third time lucky or nope that's wrong to say. Going through the steps. Maiden, done. Mother still enjoying that. Wise one, coming up...

Y'know, I think it was during bath time

Back as far as I can remember, bath day was involuntary and assisted

Some time later, gramma clued me in;

'Wash as far down as possible
wash as far up as possible
then

wash possible'

ran a tub of water
handed me the soap and rag

That's when I found myself

I spent a lot of money in the seventies trying to find myself to no avail. At this point in my life I am still looking. It seems the journey never ends but hey that's okay. It is a work in progress and I enjoy it.
