I can across a pictorial recipe that just looked great, Atomic Eggs. Of course yuh gotta be a spice lover!

I just committed six eggs to this project, and tailored the other ingredients accordingly.

Finished product, can't wait to try them!

They'll probably get more wicked the longer they pickle, but I'd think maybe 2 days... that's how long I let my regular pickled eggs go before eating. 24 hours at the very least, I'd think.

I make mustard pickled eggs for my husband & I let them sit for a 1 to 2 weeks in the fridge so the vinegar goes through them. If he sees them it's only a week.

@Nathan, after ready the original ingredient list, I'm not so sure they would be edible with all of that heat. Your are going to have to let us know what you think of them.

My husband love spicy foods, but he has even he won't do the reapers & like peppers.

I altered the recipe, for 'heat' I used sliced Jalapenos, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and just a dash of ghost pepper sauce that some well meaning person gave me.

Carolina Reapers and Ghost peppers- I just don't need that much of a good thing! I mostly stick with Jalapenos and Habaneros...in moderation. There are many medium to low heat chilies and peppers that are are tasty and essential with Mexican dishes.
