They tried to remove him from a university for safety reasons but thought better of it and reinstated him. His field is ecology and he still feels that he can contribute. I retired at almost half his age feeling that I contributed enough. Am I a slouch? How about you?
 

He must have a remarkable memory for his age. I think it is nice that they could reach a compromise. Obviously an extremely dedicated man--his work is his life.
