Any pasta al forno can also be baked in an oven....not always par boiled.pasta dough is cooked in boiling water. Pigs in blankets and garlic bread are baked in an oven.
But that's after the pasta has been cooked in a pot. I've never heard of anything called pasta being originally baked in an oven. The baking comes after the pasta is pasta. (Pigs in blankets, for instance, are little hot dogs or sausages wrapped in a pie-type dough and baked. I've never heard of them being wrapped in pasta.
