Oh yeah...I meant to agree with you about that part. Some businesses definitely are not as on the ball as they used to be and should be. I don't know if their employees aren't being trained properly, they are short handed or what.

When I was trying to contact them, I would get a recorded message, "Our normal business hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday." It was almost 8:30 am when I was able to get through.

I only write checks to the 2 places that won’t take a card which are my chiropractor and groomer. Too much can go wrong with writing a check. These I pay in person when I use their services. I wouldn’t mail a check any longer with all the mail theft.

That's their normal business hours. Their usual abnormal business hours are 8:30 am to never.
