Interesting reply, guess the same is true for me. I don't know when I lost it, just kind of snuck away I guess. But I do know I was much bouncier, particularly in the morning when I was younger. Had not really thought about it or realized it till I saw your post. For me it was losing that energetic bouncy feeling.
Thanks, Diva.I'm so sorry for all you've been through MDB but so glad you are a fighter and survived all of it. I also admire the stamina you have now after all you've been through. You should feel very proud of yourself.
@officerripley My dear friend, my heart goes out to you when reading some of your posts. I wish things were better for you....you certainly deserve it!

Hey StarSong...also realized a few years ago they just weren't making mirrors like they used to!Little signs that I wasn't as young as I once was have been showing up for decades, but none jolted me like turning 60.
When walking past or toward store with large windows I sometimes glimpse the reflection of an older woman and look around to see where she is because I didn't notice anyone walking nearby.
Oh crap. It's me...
Don't know if you saw or remember the bit on Seinfeld about some mirrors being "good" (aka flattering) and others not so good.Hey StarSong...also realized a few years ago they just weren't making mirrors like they used to!
For me it was losing that energetic bouncy feeling. I used to wake up with every morning, hit the snooze button, and make excuses for this or that part of my body not feeling great anymore.![]()
That was also me.Getting those first few hairs on your chin………..yuk…

Most of my official photos, I look like I’m looking down the barrel of a shot gun anywayWhen I renew my driver's license I have kept the old one over the years. The changing photo every 4 years tells the story.
When AARP started cramming membership solicitations in my mailbox.Besides Gray Hair, What Was (Or Were) Your First Sign(s) of Aging?
Funny how when you get a license photo you think it's horrible, until you get the next one....than the old one isn't so bad. When I renew my driver's license I have kept the old one over the years. The changing photo every 4 years tells the story.
Was this the one?Don't know if you saw or remember the bit on Seinfeld about some mirrors being "good" (aka flattering) and others not so good.
Good mirrors seem to be getting scarcer.
No. George was commenting that he looked good in the mirror at Monk's. They agreed it was a "good mirror."Was this the one?
